How To Use This Avalon Mall Directory Map
The mall is made up of two levels, and the labels GL and L2 show in the upper right corner of the map. Click on any of them to switch between the floors. Click on top of a store to find more details about that store, which is useful for checking deatils before you arrive.
Avalon Mall is located in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. It has operated for a long time and had several changes through the years. Updates and improvements happened here, including new stores, better food courts and bigger parking.
Something new always appears, which helps the place stay fresh.
The shopping experience offers a rich range of stores along with a solid food area. There is also a cinema, Cineplex is among the main attractions. Build-A-Bear and Winners were also important attractions on the first floor, although the store spaces can change over time.
Worth noting is the Down Home Shop, which offers unique products from Newfoundland. Few stores match it to give the mall more local and attractive character. There is even a reading nook hidden in the local bookstore, a calm corner away from the crowds of shoppers.
The mall became known for its big cleaning, and it improved a lot during the years since its opening. The Customer Service Centre is located beside Scotiabank and offers various help for the shoppers outside the stores. The place runs events and promotions during the hole year, from ideas for gifts on Valentine’s Day to health tips for the New Year.
Worth noting, some store spaces closed when businesses left, so some parts of the mall stay empty. That quite commonly happens in such centres today, however the ongoing renewal seems to bring life back to the area.
