Some also call it Champlain Mall or sometimes Champlain Place on social media; this shopping centre has the honor of being the biggest single-built shopping space by area in Atlantic Canada. Currently Walmart and Sobeys operate as main anchors, with more than a hundred other retailers and service companies spread everywhere. Add restaurants and food in the court, and you have many reasons that folks always return. It earned its name as one of the most important shopping spots of the region, mostly because everything here is so packed.
Even so here is something weird: you maybe see the place listed as “CF Champlain Place” or simply “CF Champlain” in various spots. What does that “CF” really mean? No one knows that for sure.
It is one of those mysteries that stays unsolved. Anyway, it is about the same mall.
Variety really is one of the biggest benefits of shopping here. Everything, stores, restaurants, services, sits under one roof. That really is the key idea: ease and fun for folks who handle their purchases and taste something in the same place.
